No Shows & Late Cancellation
You will be charged 50%
of your service total for
late cancellations and
100% for no shows. You
will not be able to book again until these dues are paid. You must give 48 hrs notice to cancel your appointment.
Refunds
All services are
non-refundable,
non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However if you are unhappy with your lashes we will gladly have you back in to correct whatever needs to be corrected.
Children & Extra Guest
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment will end at the original scheduled time in
order to remain on time for
the appointments following.

Children are not aloud at all! I recommend to not bring any extra guest with you but if you need to please limit it to one person only.
